We aim to provide customers in South Florida a healthier alternative in dining as well as to bring exciting new menu items into the area.

Fresh Element is all about health conscious choices without sacrificing taste. We only serve organic vegetables. We also use low fat, low oil and low sodium cooking. The majority of the food at Fresh Element is steamed to seal in natural flavor and nutrients without adding calories from fat or sodium.

Our first location will be in the West Palm Beach Area with 2 other locations opening soon in Wellington and Boca Raton.Our management team has more than half a century combined experience in the food service and restaurant industry.
